Recently, the HSCRANE 220T–50M Beam Launcher successfully completed production, inspection, and shipment, and has been officially dispatched to the project site in Morocco. The equipment will be used in local bridge construction projects, supporting the lifting and erection of large precast beams. The smooth delivery of this equipment once again demonstrates HSCRANE’s proven capability in supplying bridge construction equipment to the North African market.
The Beam Launcher delivered for this project has a rated lifting capacity of 220 tons and a maximum erection span of 50 meters, classifying it as heavy-duty equipment designed specifically for large-scale bridge construction.
With its high structural strength and excellent overall stability, the equipment is capable of meeting the demands of heavy loads and long-span bridge erection. The Beam Launcher adopts a modular design, allowing for segmented transportation and fast on-site assembly, making it well suited to the logistics and construction conditions of overseas projects. In addition, it is equipped with comprehensive safety protection and control systems, effectively ensuring construction safety and operational efficiency on site.
Prior to shipment, the HSCRANE project team completed equipment manufacturing and assembly in strict accordance with contractual and technical requirements, and conducted quality inspections and factory acceptance tests on key components.
Considering the characteristics of overseas transportation, a dedicated packing and shipping plan was developed. The equipment was reasonably dismantled, reinforced, and protected to ensure safe and reliable condition throughout long-distance sea transportation and multiple handling operations. The entire loading and shipping process was well organized and successfully completed.
