Boat Lagoon Phuket in Phuket is a well-known large integrated yacht marina in Southeast Asia, receiving numerous luxury yachts over 30 meters annually for maintenance, repair, and seasonal short- and long-term berthing. The travel lift is equipped with high-performance variable frequency motors, an intelligent control system, and comprehensive safety alarm protections, greatly enhancing lifting dispatch efficiency and vessel adaptability.
●Solution design and site evaluation: At the early stage, HSCRANE’s professional engineering team conducted an on-site assessment of Boat Lagoon Phuket, including lifting conditions and operational scheduling. Based on this, the optimal travel lift size and configuration were developed to balance existing infrastructure and future upgrade needs.
●Manufacturing and factory testing: After being manufactured at the HSCRANE factory according to international standards, the equipment underwent pre-assembly commissioning, load testing, and durability testing to ensure all key components met high-performance requirements.
●Transportation and on-site installation: The equipment was shipped by sea to Phuket. HSCRANE’s technical team completed overall erection, mechanical calibration, communication setup, and safety commissioning to ensure the 90-ton travel lift was put into operation in full compliance with specifications.
