What kind of heavy material can straddle carrier be used to lift?
A

The straddle carrier can be used to lift precast girder/beam, including I girder, T girder, U girder, segment, full span girder. Besides, it can be used to lift steel pipe, can, tank, modular house, wind turbine, engine, etc.

What is the capacity of straddle carrier?
A

The capacity is designed according to client’s max lifting weight of the handling material. Generally, the lifting capacity range from 10T to 500T, or more.

Does straddle carrier have a security system?
A

What kind of surface does the Straddle carrier need to work on?
A

First, the straddle carrier needs to work on Compact and flat roads. It’s better to travel on concrete roads.
The concrete thickness of our completed Thailand project is around 30cm, you can take it for reference.
After our design for you, we will list ground pressure in our drawing. Then you can confirm this parameter with your geology engineer. Meanwhile, according to our completed projects experience, the compacted ground is no problem. But the ground must be flat.

Here enclosed the photos to show our Canada project’ ground and Thailand 150T project’s ground. They are both compacted and flat ground. And until now our straddle carrier travels well.

Will the straddle carrier be tested before delivery?
A

The straddle carrier will be done pre-assembly & factory test before delivery to ensure the straddle carrier performance & function. Also, by doing pre-assembly & test in factory, it minimizes the site assembly work and facilitate the site assembly & test more quickly.

How to operate the straddle carrier?
A

Huasui Reply: generally, one set of our straddle carrier needs one operator. He can control our straddle carrier by remote control or drive in the cabin. It is very convenient.
And after production, we will provide the User Mannul to guide the end user to operate our straddle carrier easily.

Can you provide installation guidance on site?
A

Huasui will provide full set of installation, commissioning and operation guiding documents for free after production. And Huasui can provide the remote on-line guidance and technical support for free to you. We have completed the installation & commissioning guidance in this way for many sets of straddle carriers, such as Canada project, Thailand project, Philippines project, Singapore project and so on.

–If the buyer needs Huasui engineers to go to the buyer’s project site to guide the crane installation and commissioning jobs and training of the buyer’s workers, The buyer needs to be responsible for each of our engineer’s visa, accommodation, meals, round-trip air tickets, visa, local-insurance and allowance USD 200 for our each engineer per day per person at aboard.

–According to our experience, the installation and commissioning of our one set straddle carrier needs around 25 days.

How to deal with the straddle carrier malfunctions after the warranty period expires?
A

Huasui will be responsible for clients long-life time since inquiry. After the end of the warranty period, the after-sales team of Huasui also keeps in touch with the on-site personnel at any time to analyze technical problems and provide solutions. And according to the requirements, Huasui can recommend accessories, you can choose to buy from Huasui or other manufacturers. We can send engineers to help if necessary at clients cost.
