Product Description

Conveying and erecting integrated bridge girder erection machine consists of conveying and erecting girders and a lower guide girder machine.

Conveying and erecting girders machine consists of main girder, supporting frames arranged on both ends of the main girder, a front and a back walking wheel groups and a power machine group arranged on a wheel group vehicle frame. Supporting frames arranged on both ends of the main girder are respectively hinged with longitudinal wheel group vehicle frames of the front and the back walking wheel groups. The outer ends of a front and a back wheel group vehicle frames are matched with a cab and a directional operation limiting device.

Winches are installed on both ends of the main girder, and it also has a transverse bearer, a hanging beam mechanism, and a connecting device that is connected to a joist carrier of the lower guide girder machine. The lower guide girder machine is made up of a guide girder with a top and bottom track, a joist carrier, a back landing leg, a support cylinder, a power machine group, a landing leg hanger, a landing leg drawing mechanism, main and auxiliary landing legs and their hanging system, a hanging and carrying seat, and a folding hanger.

Conveying and erecting integrated bridge girder erection machine has the ability to autonomously hang girders, convey girders, and erect girders for a large-tonnage concrete box girder. The utility model may fulfill the requirement of carrying out bridge erection construction at a tunnel entrance without the necessity for a disassembling structure.
